I hereby consent to the recording of classes as part of the learning support provided in the Naganuma Online Japanese Course. I understand that recorded class footage will be made available only to participants of the corresponding class.
I understand that the recorded footage may include my image, voice, and shared screen content, and I agree to the following:

1. Recorded footage will be available via unlisted YouTube links for seven days from the class date and will be accessible only to students enrolled in the relevant class. The viewing link will be shared exclusively with those students.

2. I will not share the recorded footage with third parties, download, record, duplicate, repost, redistribute, or use it for commercial purposes. If any such actions are detected, The Naganuma School may pursue legal actions including claims for damages.

3. In the event that the class is not recorded due to technical issues such as communication failures or system malfunctions, I will not request make-up classes, alternative measures, or refunds.

4. The Naganuma School bears no responsibility if, due to malfunctions of external services such as YouTube, the recording becomes accessible to unintended third parties.
